HEARTSWORK TRAVELING EXHIBITION

JADE TREE friend and graphic design powerhouse, Chris Duncan is contributing his work as part of the roving HEARTSWORK site-specific installation. Conceived as “a traveling exhibition inspired by the writings of Rainer Maria Rilke” we at Jade Tree were shocked to discover that the NYC based rock group have had such a far reaching effect on the arts community. It was quickly explained that Rainer Maria was a brilliant late 19th century writer first and only started a mediocre band after exhausting the possibilities of poetry.

Who knew?

Beginning January 24th Chris will be joined by bay area artists Paul Urich, Tiffany Bozic and photographer Vic Blue. So please put down your Xbox controller, get out and enjoy some culture.
