DESPISTADO AND PAINT IT BLACK TAKE PART IN HONOR: A COMPILATION TO BEAT CANCER
On September 21 Vagrant Records will release the two disk In Honor: A Compilation To Beat Cancer, on which DESPISTADO have contributed the song "Burning House" from their forthcoming full length while Philly’s PAINT IT BLACK have an exclusive live track recorded at a recent CBGB's gig included on one of the disks. Other featured artists include Taking Back Sunday, Face To Face, Thrice, Jawbreaker, My Chemical Romance, Recover, Motion City Soundtrack, Thursday, None More Black, The Loved Ones and many more. Most of the tracks will be unreleased, rare or live recordings.

All proceeds from the album will be donated to a couple of foundations created to help in the fight against cancer: The Syrentha Savio Endowment and The Sean McGrath Fund.
