Does Jade Tree accept demos?
Yes, we will accept demos digitally or via standard mail. If sending digitally, do not email us MP3s or other large attachments. Please try uploading a track to our Sound Cloud page:

If you send a demo, please do not ask us whether we got it, what we thought of it, when are we signing your band, etc. We will not be able to answer these questions as we have a very small staff and it is not feasible for us to track submissions. As always, the best advice we can give is - don't call us, we'll call you.

How does pre-ordering from Jade Tree work?
We will only accept pre-orders for the specified record on the stated date. Also, all pre-orders must be separate orders for that item and that item only. If you would like to order additional items before the ship date specified, please place a separate order. Otherwise all items will not ship until the pre-order ship date.
Will you check out my band's MySpace page?
If you would like to send us a link, go for it. Keep in mind, however, that we will not have time to respond to your email. Also remember, never add us to your email list.
Wouldn't it a great idea if I added Jade Tree email addresses to my mailing list?
No. This is not a good idea. In fact, this is a surefire way to make us very angry.
