Does Jade Tree accept demos?
At this time, we are not accepting demos. If you already did send a demo, do not ask us whether we got it, what we thought of it, when are we signing your band, etc. We will not be able to answer these questions as we have a very small staff and it is not feasible for us to track submissions. As always, the best advice we can give is - don't call us, we'll call you.

How does pre-ordering from Jade Tree work?
We will only accept pre-orders for the specified record on the stated date. Also, all pre-orders must be separate orders for that item and that item only. If you would like to order additional items before the ship date specified, please place a separate order. Otherwise all items will not ship until the pre-order ship date.
How many vinyl copies of each Jade Tree release were pressed? Were they on colored vinyl?
We do have this information, but it is buried somewhere deep in our archives. Eventually we will unearth it and add it to the website. Please be patient. Very patient.
