Does Jade Tree accept demos?
At this time, we are accepting demos. However, please keep in mind that we have a very small staff and we simply get too many demos to respond to every submission. Please do not send us an email with MP3s as attachments. A link is preferred to an inbox clogging email. If you sent a demo, do not ask us whether we got it, what we thought of it, when are we signing your band, etc. If you would like to know if we received your demo, please use delivery confirmation services offered by the USPS or express carriers. The best advice we can give is - don't call us, we'll call you.

When is (insert Jade Tree band) going to come play in my hometown?
When we have confirmed show dates they are posted under the Tours section. If it is not listed there, then we don't know about the show or tour, or it is not happening.
How does pre-ordering from Jade Tree work?
We will only accept pre-orders for the specified record on the stated date. Also, all pre-orders must be separate orders for that item and that item only. If you would like to order additional items before the ship date specified, please place a separate order. Otherwise all items will not ship until the pre-order ship date.
How can you possibly give away so many free MP3s?
